for us: despite claiming to be a family friendly hotel, there was no play area or toys for kids under 4 and
we booked a club suite in order to accommodate 2 adults and 2 kids
and the staff monitoring activities in the pool were inconsistent in their approach, in that my kids were told
4 pools when i really only had 2 one being decorative only and not for use and one is a tiny kids pool
