very, very noisy place right above the pool with kids playing until late at night along with comings and goings
there was plenty of dinning options in and around the hotel and the hotel pool was very nice to cool off in
the bar / restaurant was very good
wifi not great but not a deal breaker. they have wifi in some areas of the hotel but not all.
no wifi in rooms and could use a coffee pot

i liked that it had a pool, parking and it was so close to everything.
comfortable bed (king size in villa guadalupe) and well equipped kitchen
available and i picked one (villa maria) knowing i would have to go upstairs to the patio and kitchenette
we loved the outdoor kitchen/balcony

when you talk to the bar tenders and waiters they all tell you the biggest complaint they hear is food and
almost got charged an additional night as well as for some candy from the mini bar which i don't think ever
some cons, at night the internet was weak approx 1 bar of service

quite far from the two best beaches and is very difficult to get to by car and on foot with small kids
not too far for some, but with kids it made getting to town daily a bit harder
the wifi was not good, the beach was not a walk to beach but the view made up for that.

the pool was really nice! the staff was warm and accommodating. the room was spacious and clean.
