i already paid the rate of 140$ a night for two adults and two kids

desk was very rude & charged us extra for kids

charged me $10 per person (2 kids) when we went to the pool

we traveled with two kids ages 5 and 10

outfitting room for 3 adults 2 kids with 2 towels per day and no effort and nowhere for 5th person to sleep,

i forgot to mention that the couch is a pull-out futon bed, so if you have guests/kids there s a spot for

spacious and clean property. it is pet friendly with a reasonable pet fee.

overcrowded by military young adults with a lot of alcohol in sight and smoking, not good for our kids enjoyment

there was little staffing - a few kids who seemed to be doing everything which lead the front desk to often

wall and very close to the road we were not lucky with our neighbours with kids crying and hitting the walls +

lots of screaming kids and adults altho, in fairness, i didn't get around to complaining as i had decided to

so we had pre-paid 500$ to have a heated pool over new year's eve for the kids and we didn't get it

pool was a bit small and there were limited shady places to sit poolside (and those were all taken

out and explore the park in the morning knowing we were able to come back and just relax at the pool all afternoon

with teenaged kids and my mother, it was excellent having the option to stay in a clean, centrally located

with two kids (ages 12 and 10), we rented a 2 bedroom, 2 bath villa which was great as there was plenty of

having good mexican restaurant el mirasol literally around the corner that has large, kids friendly outdoor

pool is not heated so if you have small kids like myself it can be a bit challenging to use it

first assigned room, on the ground floor near the pool, had a very odd smell

there were what sounded like teenage kids being loud in the hallway and then continuing their party in one of

fridge and microwave in a room was great too when traveling with kids

$400+ for a weekend without use of the pool is upsetting especially when you have kids

enjoyed the on-site restaurant, welcoming staff and warm pool

property was nice not a whole lot to do on property .. kids loved the pool

did not like the kids jumping in the pool and splashing and their parents were even more rude and

our kids were looking forward to swimming there, but because it was overcrowded we only managed to stay

visited over spring break and while we really enjoyed the pool area, at times there were so many kids playing

my room only downside was view but i wanted check in right away because of kids so the staff gave me what they

rooftop doesn t look as nice as the photos, rooms are small and overpriced. too many kids.

there were a lot of screaming kids there recently which might impact my future stays

was told there was a hot tub and heated pool that kids could use (called the operator) - arrived and put my

wish kids could enjoy pool on the weekend too. or just a portion of it.

elevator didn t work. we had a lot of luggage, little kids and were booked on the 2nd floor.
