between having a golf course, spa, kids club, activities on site and catering for pets, this hotel has it all
hard to find more friendly staff, we really felt taken care of and the staff are brilliant with kids
if we need to find an improvement area i guess they could add a playground for kids
pool needs to be segregated so adults on their own can swim in a lane alongside kids times.
kids club was an amazing addition as well

the kids loved it as they had freedom to explore and adored the billy goats
rooms, the staff could not be friendlier nor more helpful, with lots of room outside for the kids to play but
was cooked to perfection and the person looking after us was polite and very patient with our kids
tv in the room would have been great for kids in the eve
there were goats and donkeys nearby, which kids would love

hotel pool only opens at 10am for kids
loved the little fairy hunt for the kids and gorgeous food in the restaurant
no kids club available (not a major issue just a suggestion more than anything)
general, great base for day trips, pool was nice and full of kids which suited our needs, breakfast fab, rooms
close everything was to bring the kids off for the day and how there was a swimming pool which was great to go

obviously we didn't want to watch a lot of tv but just to be able to put some cartoons on for the kids while i
