was woke up at 6am to people stomping there feet on the top level and kids running up and hall outside my room

for the pull out couch and only had 2 sets of towels even though our reservation clearly stated 2 kids and 2

whoever was there when we checked in had made my kids day, he went above and beyond to make sure they had a

noise from kids hockey and / or basketball teams at bedtime. running around late. very annoying.

couldn't sleep as there were kids hockey teams above me and

pull out couch extremely springy and not comfortable for the kids

i picked the more expensive room because i wanted my kids to experience the whirlpool

the water slide was not open and we had booked it for that feature as we were travelling with kids

kids really enjoyed the water slide and pool

hotel is showing its age, a bit worn down and noisy with hockey team kids running around at 11:30pm when we have

the swimming pool and it was clean and enough depth for kids to have some fun

pool was small and crowded with kids

staff always seemed confused and another staff member kept going out of her way to yell at my kids in the pool
