staying on the weekend there were tons of kids at the pool so impossible to go enjoy
the kids made lots of friends and never wanted to leave the pool
also woman in the pool filming a tik tok live while my kids swam was not cool
there were some unsupervised kids running up and down the metal staircases
the only 2 kids channels on the tv weren't working

pool was so cold the kids wouldn't get in (so you know it was cold)
from 10pm to about midnight - kids were running and screaming on the second floor

javier in the rooftop bar provided exceptional service
the location of the pool is surrounded by tall buildings keeping it quite shady all day
it is on the pricier side, and i wish it had a gym and a spa

liked the available parking spot, the 5 pm wine and cheese event and the access to restaurants on the plaza

pool average, small and full of kids/families and setting not that desirable for the cost small
probably a good place for families with kids
especially one of the few options for family with kids as it has a pool
hotel was full of families and kids going to sporting events in the area
looked bigger in the pictures :-( with tons of families and kids it was pretty cramped

if rooms have no numbers so you re not making a check-in, especially family with 2 small kids
the kids loved it
we called ahead just to confirm these facilities were open so we could take the kids swimming
enjoyed the smores by the fire but it should have been monitored. kids went overboard.

it s well lit at night which made me feel super comfortable traveling alone with my kids
we were there for a marathon, and they brought in breakfast early so the runners would have coffee and breakfast

friendly throughout our stay, the service was very good, and we especially enjoyed the relaxed bar area
we opted for breakfast in the room and i have to say that was one of the best decisions we made
weight staff in the bar and restaurant were not attentive and friendly
the only annoying thing was they stopped pool service a bit early & waiting for a buggy to take & pick us up
the room was nice but not spectacular and the pool, though not used by us, seemed small for a resort of this

was awesome; from the hospitality of carlos, the owner and staff, to the flexibility of the breakfast cook,
the spa and pool were closed
our room was huge with a fireplace. bathroom had a jacuzzi tub.

lots of places for the kids to run around, and overall well-kept and clean
such a cute property! our kids loved the yard games and the pool was very inviting!
this did not impact our stay, but if my kids were a teeny bit younger it could have
bunk bed in cabin wasn't a real bunk bed only the bottom which was small but perfect fit for kids
the rooms were cute and comfortable and there was a lot of grass for kids and dogs to run around
