there had been a small but nevertheless serious outbreak of sickness (alcohol related with some 'kids
of hair in an elastic band and pistachio shells left on floor, pet treats left on the table, very poor cleaning
the whole hotel was spotless clean, the staff especially aiden at the bar was top notch service

i guess if you have young kids or whatever that might concern you
it was our 10 year anniversary and this was a nice day and night away from the kids to celebrate

was a used kids nappy left outside a door of a room (2 doors down from us) that was left there all night, it

spacious family room was great and the kids particularly enjoyed playing on the tennis courts

we traveled with family over easter and the kids were given easter treats and had fun participating in the
pool and spa facilities staff great with kids - kids activity in the morning
used the spa facilities and that was enjoyable too - pool time for the kids was for two hours in the afternoon

the bar went out of her way to be friendly to my toddler and even asked the chef to prepare a kids meal for her
tv was good to have because we had only visited for a chill night away from the kids lol but would have like
friendly place booked it for some piece and quiet away from kids food drink and entertainment where terrific
advance so the room rate was very good, were there on the 14th of feb for a night away with the kids, there's

kids running up and down the corridors yelling, which isn't the hotel's fault but was really
the mash was smash which is made in microwave, the meat was warmed up or so it seemed, the kids meals were
on the day we stayed kids running up and down the corridor best part of the night screaming and shouting

the bar on the saturday night was full of kids running around and again very noisy
