normal walking was not heard but kids jumping was an issue
it was perfect just the room a bit to small for 2 adults and 2 grown kids
kids liked the pool. i liked the location.
specifically booked for 5 people (2 adults and 3 kids) but there were only enough beds for 4 and no spare rooms
there were many families staying at the resort and at times, the hot tub was overrun with kids

it was difficult to find space to sit and eat with the kids
it was very loud at the pool/hot tub with upwards of 8 kids screaming in an echoing room
staff were very friendly towards our kids which created a safe environment for us
the location was perfect! great hotel if you have kids and pets. superb accommodations.

my husband had to go out and ask them to be mindful and quiet since it is early and kids were sleeping

multilevel which was very comfortable for our family of five to have a separate bathroom for the kids
the rear of the bar, and often people smoke/vaping right next to the hot tub/swimming pool where kids are around

was comfortable, clean and a nice size for 2 adults and 2 kids

hotel is fine, its just that when we try to look for restaurants to eat with our kids we dont much variety to
anything we asked for we got robes for kids slippers and was great

a bit of sound proofing, i think kids were staying upstairs and it felt like they were jumping on my head, but
so the kids were disappointed

the kids always look forward to the adorable little robes, which are such a thoughtful touch
we stayed with kids and the family rooms are very well equipped
the pool had an epic view and with two hot tubs we were able to shuffle our kids out of people's business

the facilities in the kitchen were more than adequate for cooking breakfast and snacks for the kids the cleaner
pool/hot tubs and happy hour great addition to stay both for kids and adults
and breakfast hours could have been earlier as with small kids we always have an early start
my kids enjoyed the complimentary drinks and snacks late afternoon

the shuttle drivers were super friendly with our kids, the valet are so friendly and
beds very comfortable - property very accommodating with kids.
2 bedrooms perfect for traveling with kids and love washer and dryer
sofa bed was uncomfortable for the kids, it would be ok for 2 people under 10 or 1 teenager only

you pay for resort hoping that it will be warm, but a bit on the cold side for young kids
and the ski concierge service made getting ready to ski and going to and from the mountain with kids such an
good shuttle but 10 -15 min walk to whistler and need to shuttle to resort games room for kids great idea but
i loved how they have activities for kids and teens
it also really helped that the shuttle was running around town every 10mins, so we were never more than 15
