due to covid rooms only get clean once you check out which is usually an issue with kids since we needed new
we had to sleep on top of the sheets to not overheat and we had two small kids with us

liked the window view, the pool quality and gym quality
parking was not availed on-site do to people with car trailers taking up 5 and 6 spaces

good flow, lots pillows, thick towels, friendly staff, easy to access from road, sofa bed for kids, closet to
sofa bed in the room for extra kids or adult was pitiful
we selected a hotel with a pool so our kids could swim; a huge disappointment
like the area with a couchbed and coffee table that our kids could play and eat their meals and snacks at
my husband and kids had terrible allergies the entire time we were in the hotel and room

kids had such a great time swimming in the pool and the beds are very comfortable

main reason for staying was to let the kids swim but when we arrived we found the pool was unavailable for use
loved that i could go grab the breakfast for my kids, take it to the room and go back and grab myself some
i just wish the kids would have been placed on a lower level

the indoor pool area was cold. it seems as if it should be temperature control issues.

being smoked kids playing over my head and i asked for my room to be moved didn t happen charged me twice on
not have carpet in the rooms, no pets allowed, and no smoking was a definite plus for me and my kids
they have quiet time between 9pm-9-am but we had kids running up and down the hall all evening, people playing
my biggest concern was the lod noise until almost 2 in the morning the kids were running up and down the hall
the staff was amazing , the kids loved the heated pool

my kids froze there butt off
we were able to eat breakfast, wear the kids out in the pool, and eat lunch in our room before heading home

for many days, room noise isolation from room to room is bad, you can feel the room vibrating for kids running

was green and that was the main reason we chose a hotel as it was my fathers funeral and i have 3 kids who needed
had a group of kids traveling together on our floor that was loud out in the halls until 1am one night, again
have liked to see bacon as well as an egg option that wasn t an omelet for the little ones at breakfast
my only gripe was the availability of parking, especially at night.

the smart tvs made it easy to stream kids shows for my child
the fridge didn't have a freezer which normally wouldn't be an issue but we stayed with 3 kids for 5 days and
ac was making lot of noises my kids can t sleep
banging on the floor(felt sorry for whoever was below them) kicking the walls and kids screaming
the temps were only in the 50-60s so my kids were disappointed that they couldn t swim

who were staying in the same time with us soooo horrible manners with kids until 3am for two days
there was a foul smell walking into the lobby that my kids and even my husband noticed right away
us, a couple and another gentleman bringing food to his kids had to walk around for 20 minutes outside looking
was apologetic but the frustration begin because at this point i m tired and ready to get my kids settled

kids liked the pool
kids playing in the hall all all night the gas in the rooms upstairs over us were wrestling horse,
the bed was super firm we tend to like a softer bed. but in my kids room the queen where softer
called ahead to check if the pool was up and running and good to swim in with my grand kids, i was told yes and
parking area was not safe. truck was damaged while parked overnight.

very close to restaurants and epicenter which has activities for kids and bars

stayed on the third floor and the room above our room maybe had kids cause we heard them runnin across the floor
they offered to move our room but our kids were in bed and we were just settled

at the front desk was amazing she remembered the kids names (even the next day on her next shift) and spoke with
out of order then once mentioned to them they closed the pool down the entire time of our stay kids we re very
microwave/refrigerator/small kitchen: very good for family traveling with small children/teens.

i didn t feel safe with my kids there, there were some very ghetto/shady people partying at the pool
great location, clean, staff was friendly. kids lived the pool and hot tub.
