not a great location for a family with young kids that go to sleep before 9:00

also not much parking available close to building

floor room near the lobby was very loud once adult guests were using the bar in the evening

room was right next to a laundry room, which i could hear machines running all night and it was also right next

pool and gym were small.

kids loved the breakfast with the pancake machine

no towels (had to go get them from front desk, kids running and jumping into the pool on top of each other

hours end too early, and when traveling with kids, 9 am is too early to wake up and go and eat

the bar and restaurant in the hotel was awesome food was really good

eggs on the breakfast bar were very rubbery

it barely held my 2 kids

receptionist offered me a room far from the pool when he realized i was traveling alone during a weekend of

we had lots of kids tournaments there during our stay and the parents and kids weren t very considerate, nor

kids running up and down the halls until late at night.

my kids loved the pool area and everything was very clean

we were there over easter weekend and the staff hid easter eggs for the kids to find

clean bed sheet, room doesn't have odor smell. great pool for small kids to play.

kiddy pool was to cold for little kids n poor lighting it was hard to see in the pool area when the sun went

staff member who checked us in gave us no information - not like the wifi code, check out time, etc

was very disappointing that i booked a room with a spa tub and was informed when we checked in and went back to

pool area felt cold.

loft suite felt like a pine cabin, and the kids cannonballed for hours in the area s biggest indoor pool before

we also loved the story time event you hold for the kids

so much to do with the kids near by, movie theater, trampoline park, great restaurants.

they said there was no pet fee but then charged me 20 bucks when they saw i had 3 small dogs

...a bit noisy..but nice cleaning staff ..not a great location!! bad laundry!
