our kids only swam once in 3 days

pool was mediocre

the breakfast offering each morning was really great-i loved the oatmeal bar, but there was a lot to

wifi sign up is confusing. do i have to pay for this?

internet wifi was intermittent

breakfast was good, kids like the pool and hot tub was great for me and my husband.

the following morning the breakfast was really crowded with kids, there was a lego convention going on

group of kids were running around in the courtyard until 1030 playing baseball screaming and generally

very clean hotel with great staff. kids swam in pool till late and happy with overall service

staff was nice about it, but could have asked the kids to stop running around the halls

gauged us because it was move in weekend for college kids

pretty minor things, considering the staffing levels during a very busy season with college kids moving in

wasn t happy about that their little kids they run around

add in the elevator and on the digital menu indicated a kids menu- but the server said they no longer provided

the breakfast bar was very inefficient. i would not eat breakfast at the hotel again

shuttle service for the airport early in the morning

one small grab bar at the end opposite of where you stand under the shower head

the bar closed before 9pm when the hours were posted 5-9.

this is them taking advantage of parents trying to visit with their kids

we go there every year for our kids birthdays but after this we won t be going back again

hotel is close to my kids residence and activities in pullman

pool wasn't usable which was a bummer but the kids enjoyed the hot tub and small basketball court

the two head shower was amazing and the saline pool was refreshing without all the chlorine

front desk employee lent us his charger because my kids forgot their switch charger

were all over the floors, not enough for all the kids there, price for one night was high for the pullman area

was the pool area having people doing inappropriate things in the pool especially when you have kids swimming

we ended up having two extra kids stay with us the second night and they brought a roll away bed up for $10

thing we did not like about it wasn t there fault mostly rude people that can t control there kids late at
