awesome oatmeal bar for breakfast

breakfast oatmeal with 17 different toppings was amazing

breakfast was oatmeal (no other options), although there was an extensive choice of toppings

very pet friendly

we have 4 kids all ages

nice sized rooms, breakfast choices, kids enjoyed the pool daily

front desk employee lent us his charger because my kids forgot their switch charger

my kids loved their room and my granddaughter loved the pool and if we needed something from the

were all over the floors, not enough for all the kids there, price for one night was high for the pullman area

we go there every year for our kids birthdays but after this we won t be going back again

pool wasn't usable which was a bummer but the kids enjoyed the hot tub and small basketball court

hotel is close to my kids residence and activities in pullman

this is them taking advantage of parents trying to visit with their kids

only thing i would recommend is a restaurant, but we did get pizza delivered and we had a kitchen

add in the elevator and on the digital menu indicated a kids menu- but the server said they no longer provided

the breakfast bar was very inefficient. i would not eat breakfast at the hotel again

nice gym area with good treadmills and nice set of weights

shuttle was late picking us up from airport

our stay the entire gym was closed

even kids were not heard in halls

staff was nice about it, but could have asked the kids to stop running around the halls

pretty minor things, considering the staffing levels during a very busy season with college kids moving in

busy night w basketball tournament kids

very clean hotel with great staff. kids swam in pool till late and happy with overall service

lots of unsupervised tween kids in the pool

group of kids were running around in the courtyard until 1030 playing baseball screaming and generally

pool is great for kids of all ages

the following morning the breakfast was really crowded with kids, there was a lego convention going on

staff was super friendly and the kids had a blast at the pool which was well managed and clean.

of shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner breakfast was very good and the hours were perfect easy parking location

with the hotel stay i couldn't rate the staff bad because they were all helpful to me and my two kids my car

my kids wake up early so we would have had time to swim before heading out after breakfast

card and she explained to me what i needed to do and i was able to use my card to work and my two kids were

the pool & hot tub was also a hit
