we arrived early and the hotel reception offered us an option for early check in
we asked for late check out and it was possible without extra charge
a car is a mess as the parking lot is in a separate building, room temperature was cold, wifi connection was
very helpful and friendly staff - we were given an early check in and were even upgraded :) excellent showers
