my main disappointment was that a very large group of college aged kids were hanging out in a first floor

weekend was party central with college kids in 5 rooms smoking weed and partying in

pool was very nice for under 11 year old kids, beds was comfortable

with bathroom you could not fit more than one person in the bathroom at once so trying to help kids was a

noisy neighbors and door slamming perhaps college kids

college age kids banging on our door at4am for a steady 30 min
