the pool area was very quiet

you don't have a car, and you have to carry kids, the beach is a beautiful but 3km hike away
stayed in a family double room with our 2 kids aged 4 & 6
are only high-end french meals (but there are kids meals) and the restaurant is closed during the rain season
the grounds are beautiful with walkways, beautiful foliage, great clean pool

was right by pool and parking lot, which was noisy

but unless you are with kids under 10 / someone with mobility issues you can do way better at quieter, bigger

all the staff were very attentive and helpful. and great with the kids.

many kids with minimal parental supervision disrupting the peace towards the end of our stay
there was a an american family with 2 very noisy kids by the pool
and we saw a toucan and several agoutis on hotel grounds as well, which was a huge treat for our kids

noise from 34 is horrible, room had a constant stench of urine, kids a/c made a continuous noise that affected
a lot of kids in the pool spitting water up this made the pool unattractive to go in, a separate kids pool
our kids loved the pool and seeing the wild life

maybe having a designated playground area for small kids with slides and swings, etc
our kids loved seeing the capuchin monkeys, while swimming at the infinity pool each day
