could use more pet areas

us jumping around smoking every were and the place was in construction no parking and didn't have breakfast but

poor breakfast.

the bathtub didn t work and there wasn t any protein with the breakfast

the price was right, and room was clean. and they did have breakfast which was a plus.

lots of kids running around screaming and people yelling at the basketball game on tv

very odd and a huge inconvenience since we there for track state with kids

of the front desk workers accusing my kids that they were not guests at the hotel

super busy (which is normally fine but you know covid has changed that) and there were a lot of kids their with

kids running up and down the halls screaming and talking loudly

this is great for kids, but not for adults

very busy with kids and the pool.

the hotel was full of kids for some sports event

so convenient to the freeway, but quiet & with a burger king right next door - perfect with kids

the kids also love the outdoor pool

the room did not have black out curtains so the sun came in bright and woke the kids up early

i was also surprised a 4 star hotel doesn't have some kind of room service options

room service did not visit our room to restock water or towels and robes breakfast was a huge

also, breakfast was good, and the room was specious and so clean

great facilities inc gym and brekky was lovely

staff was extremely friendly and my kids loved the waffles for breakfast

lot with stereo and bass booming at 1 am for nearly an hour did not report or call front desk as kids were

hot breakfast was adequate, but i thought that the plastic forks/spoons/knives were rather tacky (not

so i told my husband, and he was going to let the kids sleep for 30 minutes and then go down

we have little kids that we figured we d create a fun little local staycation for

we had 2 adults and 3 kids and all the beds were so soft and broken down feeling that both people would

breakfast was amazing and all my kids were able to find something that they enjoyed

felt safe. it was quiet. kids loved the pool. they also loved the game room.
