staff where very friendly with my kids

area was quite and very well kept staff was friendly and they have a pool which is a must with kids they have

lots of kids running around property and pool.

was very clean, beds were comfortable and my kids really enjoyed the pool

has the basic equipment to get a decent workout kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub pretty close to on and off

what are adults supposed to do, hang with kids in a 8 by 10 pool

loved the laundry room, the gym, the guest room, the breakfast

the hotel rooms are comfortable and clean . the gym is great and staff terrific.

it you walk down the paved path that starts at the forest side of the parking lot, through the forest and up

in house food options poor, do not have a real kitchen or cook, one staff tries to do it all, incl

the first item was the outrageous pet fee

not sure if that was related to covid, we didn t go looking for it but kids were very disappointed

one told us the pool and hot tub were down and with two little kids this was very inconvenient

our first night the family above us had active kids who could be heard running and jumping around the room

tub was out of order, i am sure it will be fixed soon, no warm cookies -- that only bothered the kids

next to the pier and a playground for the kids to play

i'm a very understanding person and keep my kids quiet during the night/early morning

the kids had lots of fun in the pool

the kids weren't being disrespectful, but they were going up and down the halls to each other's room

they said i picked the a horrible weekend place was full of kids

my 4 grandchildren were in the pool, plus 3 or 4 other kids

we were only there for 2 nights but with 2 young kids, they had plenty of room to play and even run around

a busy weekend, a ton of kids in the pool but that was more personal.

staff were so kind! very clean and my kids love the complimentary cookies

its a hotel that deals with a lot of kids tournament sports

able to get everything for my men and my children as well as boxes were delivered that got to my kids to have

with two kids they wanted different spaces and they have a pullout couch so the kids were able to have their

(i may have missed something) we were a couple but if you have kids i would recommend this hotel

also they made fresh cookies every night at 5 that my kids were excited to grab at the front desk

we had seven kids

didn' t have breakfast, went to great wolf lodge with kids

coffee was not good, but there was a starbucks across the parking lot so could get a good cup 2nd shift staff

the free wifi is also appreciated, but i do miss the free hot breakfast (curse you covid

i was traveling with my family (which includes 4 kids) i was thrilled when they gave us a room at the end of

my autistic child was better behaved than bebe kids next door

people were letting thier kids run up and down the hallways, being very loud

as the oriental express came through and they couldn't or wouldn't attempt to meet the demand so kids had walmart

noise from next door, kids yelling and jumping on beds very loud overall

kitchen and entrance to the room is very narrow

pet fee was $125 off

parking was ample, grounds and equipment were excellent

the second night i felt unsafe parking my truck in the lot since i still have the truck bed packed with things

breakfast, same thing and poor quality every day
