spa was lovely
it had limited options for eating and the bar hours were incredibly limited
room cleaning and room service issues, no entertainment area for a rainy day, spa reservations and communications
teething problems with being recently opened. poor choice of menu, very late room service
felt quiet in the bar from 9.30ish.

the main pool could ve had more chairs and umbrellas. we had to lounge around the kiddie pool.

the heated pool was not working. it was too cold to go into.

the pool was nice and never crowded, the free breakfast was great given the generally expensive prices on the

room service was prompt but food was delivered in styrofoam containers and plastic bags which
they made sure we were able to get room service while we waiting for our covid release

amazing location, great room (stay in the bermudian wing if you have kids, they can stare out at the pool)
mentioned above, the pools are beautiful but we couldn t help but feel that the adult pool and kids pool are
even if the kids club were not open (meaning no counselors) opening it up to parents to supervise their kids
currently the only hot tub is at the infinity pool which is very nice but lots of kids are often in the hot

at one time there were only 4 rooms occupied which meant that unless you booked the bar or restaurant in advance
room service to clean your room was additional charges which is fine but for the price of one night
wifi was down for 2 days
i sat at the bar one night on my own (no-one else in there) and in fact it sometimes felt like a ghost town
we were told the bar area would open on the saturday providing bar food and drinks, but this was cancelled

we did a couple's trip but i want to bring my kids when they're older
no kids allowed
pool was too cold when we went at easter and kids can only use indoor pool after 6pm which was their dinner
good for couples not a kids
it is a nice spot and the kids really liked the infinity pool
