getting up there with both kids in our arms while carrying all our luggage (no assistance offered) was difficult
staff couldn't do enough breakfast expecially was spot on,great with kids as a family couldn't ask for
great to stay in hotel at weekends with young kids extremely loud music until around 2am each
this isn't bad but if you've kids it's dangerous as the only way out of the car park is to walk on the road
people aware if they are staying in the hotel or the building across the road,need to sort out kids staying in

the staff are absolutely exceptional and i would highly recommend especially if you have kids
the staff were very accommodating, in particular with 7 giddy kids
we always stay there great location beach just across the road restaurants and amusement for the kids a 3 minute
maybe open restaurant for evening meal as service in bar was slow..kids late going to bed
i was with my husband & small kids, as well as my parents, siblings & their partners

road very busy for crossing with kids near hotel
very few guests but still we were placed in a room next to a young family with several very young kids
satyed there last month with my husband and 2 kids for one night
air con so room was very warm and one of the kids beds was just a mattress on the ground which we didn't mind
the place was lovely just to fair from the town to walk to kids

charge for roll away beds for 2 kids when they actually slept next to each other on the pull out couch

kids kept waking up with doors banging loudly
loads of space for the kids the to play outside the hotel
no lift down to our rooms, was awkward with buggy, bags and 5 kids.
fantastic menu and great kids menu also
are a family of four with 2 young kids and the hotel manager made us welcome right from the start

intothe night 4am :( that was the only thing i did not lilke i would suggest placing guests with kids etc in
socket on wall was dangerous for younger kids as it was lose
no vegetarian breakfast! staff not in control - kids running around spilling drinks etc
my kids love to swim and there is pool walking distance from the hotel

lady in evening was lovely engaged with kids and was very helpful in anything we needed

that he got better soon it made me feel very happy that your staff were happy to make sure the kids were ok and
firstly, there were kids being a nuisance, and stopping the lift from running, but also, to get to the 4th
room was great. bunk beds for the kids were a nice surprise.

a noisy location as the accommodations are above the pub, would not recommend for families with kids, a lovely
music plays until 12:30am so if you have young kids it is a little difficult to get them down for bed early

they advise of this on their website, which wasn't a problem, but the hotel was thronged with kids falling around
personal choice but felt unwelcome with two small kids alone
was obnoxious on the sunday and would put u off ordering ilus out of friends rooms like we were kids
bit shocked when we arrived at the number of hen parties there, also a holy communion party with kids running
cleaners are very loud first thing in the morning i get away to sleep from the kids and these wake you a 7

apart from a party of school kids who raced up & down the corridors a few times but nothing to seriously disturb

the pub in the hotel was nice for us travelling with kids
bar was a little noisy when the kids were going to bed
we stood outside in the cold with our two small kids for about an hour not knowing what was going on

staff are brilliant, food amazing, only way to get the kids to leave was to promise to
everything, brilliant for the kids so much to do, beautiful hotel, loved the pool also and food was so good
hotel for families with young children, nothing was too much trouble and staff were great with kids
plenty for the kids, helpful friendly staff and only a 15 min walk into kilkenny

also there was no kids menu and very little choices for dinner or evening meals
options, the concierge was a nice older man and gave me lots of options for things to do with my kids the next
