pool in the spa, there is a pool in a separate part of hotel but it can be overran with kids, would of expected

the junior suite we stayed in had a jacuzzi. the kids loved it.
also for a family room, which we booked, especially [2 kids plus a couple] the room was very small, there was
makes for a tough conversation with my young kids (we were in a family room)

kids on the carnival ride were screaming. girls in the hallway knocking on the doors repeatedly.
the room was really big we went without kids but definitely would stay with them next time very spacious
only problem was the family directly across the hall from me, they had 2 young kids who were screaming at 1:00

the double was too small for both kids so one of them had to sleep in the king with us
staff were fabulous very accommodating and so friendly and lovely to the kids and adults alike
room was not getting wifi which was very problematic as we needed to talk with our kids
the home was clean. kids enjoyed the golf kit.
also, the free parking is a few blocks way (~5min walk)

we've been twice as a couple without our kids & enjoyed both times
food in the bar was poor to be honest. used to be excellent before
we had issues connectin to the wifi, but the staff did try to resolve our problem

a room for a romantic rare night away from the kids and we were given 2 single beds in our
stomping from the people in the floor above or repairs in the room and also down the hall young kids crying
the pool was closed for our 11 and 15 year old kids after 7.30 and nothing alternatives to do.

the street in killarney walk while ok as we only went as a couple but big problem if you ve kids as busy
in the bar with kids was a no no, same menu in dining room for dinner each evening was disappointing, sit down

there were petit fours in our room and a little box of two truffles in our kids' room
to enjoy a relaxing night away but upon arrival we discovered that the hotel was packed with kids and santa and
breakfast was beautiful, we were seated quiet a distance from the buffet but could not fault
from reception to the bar to the spa the staff were amazing
bedroom had a broken restrictor and both windows opened right above all the extraction for the kitchen

staff were extremely helpful, we had 2 kids with us and they just couldn't do enough for us
the kids love a 2 second walk to the pool on our floor
the staff were so friendly & our kids loved the swimming pool so close to the inec gleneagle
breakfast was a little pricey for what it was. we paid for kids despite them only eating toast.

no leisure centre access for kids. very diasappointing
personally wanted to go away with my partner for a night away without kids and for the price we paid i dont
kids can't use leisure facilities in brehon...have to go next door to gleneagle.
noisy this time , millions of kids staying , my room was by lifts so it never stopped but this is

lots of kids running around shouting and kicking footballs and chasing deer
kids are not really welcome and not even allowed to go to the main restaurant so we had to have the
fairy trail for kids, hot tub for adults
restaurant doesn't allow kids for dinner (after 7pm) and i didn't see this anywhere when i booked

were communions on which meant lots of kids running around screaming, but we didn't mind

pool not suitable for kids with whom i had 3 with me. bar lacked atmosphere, menu very limited.
there is nothing to entertain the kids if the weather is awful outside.
