bit cold and draughty, fine for summer but not for winter, however, waiter soon moved us into the bar area to

kids were relatively quiet, but one of the parents didn't stop for breath

kids absolutely enjoyed it

i also expect for a host in such a place to find a solution a specially with a family with young kids which can

all set up and ready for me and the kids too

charm as an old pub/inn, tv options are good with netflix an amazon prime which helped with the kids

you to the chef who changed the menu to provide a lunch time alternative and the guys behind the bar who were

comfortable beds, nice modern bathroom, food quality good. lots of car parking spaces available.

plenty of space outdoors, do seek out the trampoline if you are staying with kids

our room was nice and big and the kids had their own singe beds which was great

there was a queen size bed for us & full size beds for the kids rather than a sofa bed or roll out

foot golf looed interesting, if i return with the kids next time we will give that a go for sure

restaurant is listed as fine dining but kids options were chicken nuggets and chips and pub food

hotel - modern, extremely well appointed, great staff, amazingly comfortable beds, lovely bar and restaurant

good breakfast and constant coffee (freshly ground) throughout the day

dogs are allowed in the reception and bar area and the staff will happily set up a breakfast table in the bar

i book 2 rooms for us because they dont have the large room for our family with our 2 kids
