laundry didn t work, didn t have a pool, did not get adjoining rooms as requested

there was no closed sign on the pool so our kids were changed into their swim suits and ready to swim only to

have to wait 2 hrs with 4 kids and a lot of luggages

and the person helping us was friendly and warm and outgoing and took the time to talk to my kids as well and

the pool was super cold and very small. kids were unsupervised and extremely loud/unmonitored.
