he wouldn't let me keep the same room, but instead assigned me to a 2nd floor smoking room with a king bed and
asked for room service as a change of towels and linens at the office and the answer was i don't get any

indoor pool area is like a sauna, sitting in the chair watch the kids swim and i lost 20lbs, lol

this is the second time i stay at this hotel for kids graduation
we reserved this place specifically for the location and the pool for the kids

there were very noisy families with multiple kids making constant excessive noise
other people kept interrupting my sleep and kids yelling hitting doors walls
of cigarette from just walking in, hallways, rooms everything smell like pure cigarette and my kids were coughing
it was a spacious room. comfortable for my kids.

breakfast was good and the pool is small but heated and plenty of room for a soak or for the kids to hang out
were kids in room above me up all night long running around their room and making noise from 6pm to 4am
of the beds was too old, so every time my kids turned or moved on it,i woke up because the noise was so loud
went there with kids and staff was elvery friendly. clean facilities. overall good experience.

there was a retreat going on and the kids were loud , running around , slamming doors

stayed at simsbury house several times and it is a wonderful little inn that is convenient to my kids' school
