on pull down bed were broken, had to prop it on sofa for kids to sleep
then the next day a young couple showed up with 2 young kids and then it was non stop screaming and annoying

problems came when my kids went to go to take a shower in room #11 (bigger room) but sadly their shower was not

and the beach swim area seemed small but, i wasn't there to swim so if my kids were little and swimming, that
experience, it's our second time there, all staff was friendly and helpful, food was great, kids loved the pool
but its a family resort so you have to expect the kids

it's definitely a family hotel as there are lots of kids enjoying the pool with families
