the front, and only door is a heavy articulated glass door for some reason, unsuitable for kids or elderly

our room was an accessible room, the bathroom is a roll on shower, it was tough bathing kids as it got slippery

we don't play golf we went for a girlie week 4 key workers taking a break who had been working since march

kids had soap in their body and couldn t even tolerate cold water to rinse/ wipe their body

an extra rasher of bacon, a tomato and a coffee adult breakfast was 6 more than the kids breakfast

we've stayed in the suite room as a family of 5 (2 adults, 2 kids and a dog) and it's by far the best hotel

baby, the rest 4 sleeping places on 3 beds were for my husband , myself and our 3 and 5 yrs olds kids, yet on

most other places have a pull out sofa bed or uncomfy z beds for the kids which usually result in them winding

it s a good spot for family vacations as it is also child friendly with lot of activities kids enjoy

s what me and my 2 teenage kids were expecting for in a hotel

is hit and miss, the handle to the bathroom was broken in the family room which is not ideal with kids

we stayed in a family room and the single beds were sectioned off and the kids had their own tv which they

hotel said it had a swimming pool but it looked filthy and the kids were sad they couldn't go in

not an issue for me as my kids are slightly older (9 & 13) but if you had younger children there isn t much

kids splashing and being loud in the spa area

amazing for kids! big room with everything we needed for a two and six year old

though i don t think it would be possible a bath would have been great for kids as my daughter hatessss the

expected to have family room for kids and parents, unfortunately we can t find , we tried to booking 2 rooms

kids were put in the room on a different floor and staff were not accommodating of this

secondly, when we got the kids ready for the shower we see the shower glass door comes away, we called the

1 minute walk which was perfect as having kids and lots of bags

rooms upstairs are stuffy and where my teenage kids slept there was very bad smell ( the previous guests must

parking not great but the staff were helpful

didn t close properly so let in light early in morning, and not much parking, a bit of hill to walk coming

wifi isnt very strong and constantly dropped after connection, but we were on the top floor so

the wifi was unfortunately a bit weak in some of the rooms.

staff couldn t have been more helpful- particularly the hotel manager- as a group with kids, a dog and a

food in the restaurant was tasty. the kids enjoyed the pool, and the staff were very nice.

really nice stay and great for kids we had awesome times there. good value for money

are some swimming lessons in the pool and no staff there so kids where in the jacuzzi and parents didnt seems
