superb, literally in the forest (we saw rabbits and wild ponies from the bedroom window which the kids adored)
we used the spa facilities which were fine, steam room was closed and there were noisy young kids in the pool

great having pub downstairs - we were able to eat together and we even had a drink alone whilst kids were

most other places have a pull out sofa bed or uncomfy z beds for the kids which usually result in them winding
