the room was dirty, ants, had no hot water, no wifi, refrigerator was rusty and dirty inside, no shampoo, and
jacuzzi was darte, as well the bathroom, the ac didnt work prosperar, the wifi didnt reach the room

the service at the restaurant was amazing, they were so attentive to my kids, gave them extra chocolate on
pool area noisy until very late in the evening, with kids running around and screaming
the kids really enjoyed it :) we loved staying there and could definitely have stayed longer

pool was small but enough to paddle around, good for young kids
at the hotel: as the pool is in the center of the building, there was a lot of noise as the kids were running,
offer them the towels) if they just arrived maybe something to drink, if they are with family/kids tell them
there was always coffee available, the kitchen staff were wonderful as well, and the hotel is beautiful

last few days the hotel had a number of guests with kids running wild being very noisy and this made the experience
hotel had very clean, comfortable room, my kids love
would have friends come over and we were unable to utilize my room to relax we had to stay at the pool which

never used the pool, but i noticed that it is very tiny

all night the guard let acouple of kids in climbed the roof to another place
the free breakfast was not fantastic. it was kinda rubbery and flavorless

mum provided a quick and great value laundry service after my ciudad perfida trek

is fine for people who want to party but wouldn t be suitable for a family trip during which kids would need
they jumped to help us, quickly resolved issues, let us change rooms, allowed us to use their kitchen, let us
bar the whole night, needs to be isolated properly in the rooms and we heard a waterpump and the kitchen itself
hotel claims to be pet friendly but they will not allow you to leave the hotel without the pets
