i had 2 small kids and i was fearful of what may go down so we ended up staying up all night making sure our
kids jumping up and down on the floor above us at 1am

like that it was over the capacity and the pool area and they did not check for ids for the kids that was in
our kids room reeked of smoke

the young lady working the bar inside the hotels restaurant also displayed great customer service
loud hotel guests making a racket at night music in bar friday night was ridiculously loud

several kids playing in the hallways throughout the night was unacceptable
extra towels, we had 2 adult and 2 kids,so we ask for extra towels
the wifi was cutting in and out. i didn't use the business center so i can't really rate that.

pool was pretty crowded with kids but on the brighter side it s adult swim from
we didn't even try $17 for i don't even know what didn't didn't seem worth it per person even the kids and the
chose a weekend where kids stayed , so i didn't like how kids were playing on elevators and in the hallway
so much noise from the rooms around me. it was a bunch of kids and no adult.

but the next day there were kids running up and down the hallways, waking my family, screaming, knocking on

was a group of school kids in the hotel and they made a lot of noise until very late
