scary for parents whose kids might

there is a small indoor pool, good for little kids, that i did not use

the setup is nice & cozy and easy to get quick response on extra things because of the three kids

the pool was on the smaller side, but the kids enjoyed it

and more like snacks for kids

i booked for the weekend so my kids could go swimming & have some fun

had a nice workout at their gym in the morning

back exit door to parking lot didn t lock

nice hotel with nice staff just outside downtown burlington. the bar was nice.

very comfortable room, close to shopping, kids liked the pool

a lot of noisy kids running everywhere, even at 2am

at 8 am we were awakened by kids in the pool

this kept me an my 3 kids up for awhile

wifi is poor in the rooms.

swimming pool was rather small, and we did not use it at all

only the location, and the facilities which included pool and whirl pool but the ease of check in, and parking

it was really helpful to have a separate bedroom, with a door that closed, for the kids

the kids loved making their own waffles

the breakfast area was sticky and not designed for family's with kids

i was disappointed that there was no complimentary breakfast available as i was traveling with kids and would

couch very uncomfortable, noisy kids above us

i booked for 2 adults and 3 kids and it had 2 queen beds and no pull out sofa or room for a cot (i asked) or

i had double beds which was my preferred option with 2 kids

it is hard to know what the noise was about, but it really bothered our kids and we all couldn't sleep well

cleanliness, the privilege of having a swimming pool for kids and adults and a nice

great pool - kids had a blast

parking spot available for free. cleanliness was top notch and the pool was great for kids.

i'm sure kids must have a blast with the pancake machine

children were banging on the floor above us all day and night but kids will be kids

breakfast was very good and kids friendly

gentleman that helped us went above and beyond with some lovely slight of hand tricks which my kids loved

a place for couples, hotel was full of young loud kids all weekend for a hockey tournament, it would have been

table was not cleaned quickly and having three kids in a crowded dining room was difficult

breakfast was the standard offering in this type of establishment.

loved that it had a complete kitchen available

spacious room, good breakfast, comfortable beds, good value for money

no pool and the parking got crowded at night.

the breakfast was excellent!. the location perfect!

the pool opens at 6am and no one seemed to mind a bunch of kids making noise in the pool that early

the elevator was noisy and scared the kids

i just wish families would be booked first level so kids running around wouldnt be heard by second floor

the pool was a little cold but the kids didn t mind!

only complaint was that we requested a room on the first floor so our kids wouldnt make noise above someone else

the pool was also good for kids

pool and hot tub are a bonus for kids

just wish they took better notice when snowing and please fix by the pool stairs many little kids someone is

have small kids that i do not want to be seperated from

we got called the following with an unprofessional call asking if we had kids in the room

us out near midnight and we had children he could have talked to adults separate then scaring kids

the parking was a bit odd but nothing major!

the awful smell in the elevators and the entire 3rd. wifi wasn t great either. pool was cold.

food service takes three times longer than any normal facility. not much for kids to do.

great breakfast options, loved the backyard, maintenance were very kind / helpful, we & our kids loved visiting

waitress in the tavern was awesome. kids loved the pool and hot tub.

everything was so far away from where our room was, including the parking

to the mountain, had a bar and restaurant and plenty of space to place belongings while

complex, pool etc open until 8pm

the pool was a long walk away , on-site food did not have a large selection and the on-site grocery

parking. and pool is not in the main building

the room we stayed in was small for 2 adults and 2 kids. other than that it was perfect.

access to the heated pool at night was awesome, given how hot it was the weekend we went up

location was lovely , great pool and hot tub, acres of farm land and a lovely private bedroom and bathroom

we also thought that the breakfast was delicious

home made hot breakfast every morning in a family like environment, at their beautiful country style kitchen

of kids in the hotel for a ski trip so they were a little noisy but everything else made up for it
