the pull out bed was only large enough for one person, so one of our kids had to sleep in the bed with us
staff was really accommodating and the indoor pool was nice for the kids to get it and work out some wiggles
we had lots of kids playing around and they joined right in and visited with the kids and you don't find that
the noise..kids slamming doors next to us all through the night!
there was a kids baseball event taking place and the teams were at the hotel

nice clean hotel in a good location. the kids enjoyed the pool, and breakfast was good!

kids will be kids and us being put on the top floor is hard for them to be quiet or make less noise

wish they offered roll away bed for kids
i was also directly across from the elevator so there was a lot of traffic and kids/teenagers runnin in and
i had to constantly get the door keys reset to my kids and i rooms

my kids could never shut the door and i could barely move it myself
my kids slept on the floor because the sleeper sofa springs were sticking them
even complete my stay was told no refund it was too dirty to stay plus i was with my wide and kids we paid and

were several families with kids and pets staying here so it was quite noisy, particularly in the early morning
love the separate bedroom and living room we got, the kitchen was useful and two tvs was perfect
free breakfast was a muffin and bottle water
there was a pool and hot tub onsite but it was outdoor and not open
i wish there had been a notice that the pool and hot tub are closed during the winter.
