my kids slept on the floor because the sleeper sofa springs were sticking them
my kids could never shut the door and i could barely move it myself
even complete my stay was told no refund it was too dirty to stay plus i was with my wide and kids we paid and
glad to see the pool even though we had no time to swim

family friendly kids loved pool and hot tub breakfast was amazing staff excellent

but the kids were barely supervised and awful to say the least

nice clean hotel in a good location. the kids enjoyed the pool, and breakfast was good!
kids will be kids and us being put on the top floor is hard for them to be quiet or make less noise

the kids had a lot of fun in the pool and want to come back when it's warmer to play with the chess
the staff members, from desk to kitchen staff were cheerful

there was a full kitchen which was fully stocked with tableware, pots and pans, cutting board and chef knives
tv would not connect to internet and the pool did not open early

were several families with kids and pets staying here so it was quite noisy, particularly in the early morning
fast check-in and out. excellent people working the desk. the breakfast they serve is excellent.

breakfast was not good, which kinda stink, cuz me n the kids were really looking forward to it

this hotel for the indoor pool, trying to keep the kids happy
there was a kids baseball event taking place and the teams were at the hotel
the pool was cold but it didn t stop kids from playing
the noise..kids slamming doors next to us all through the night!
we had lots of kids playing around and they joined right in and visited with the kids and you don't find that

empty cleaned & lights off when i asked if i could at least get a yogurt or anything for my kids i was told no
the cat colony around the hotel was the best feature and my kids enjoyed petting them
