would definitely return - maybe with the kids and dog next time

booked a family room here 1st we were greeted by michelle and zoe who are really nice people my kids loved them

so just may not be suitable when you staying with small kids like myself and my 7 year old as it was too loud

above us was very loud, woken up early to kids running around for the whole morning, not the most soundproof

cozy came here with my wife for a break from the kids lol the room was lovely and cozy warm and the bed was

night till saturday with my partner and 2 kids, we stayed in the loft family room we loved it, very very clean

the beach is great for kids but all we saw were fat famiies gorging on fish and chips and that was it

hotel was incredibly close to the beach and so close to the tram which the kids loved riding up and down on it

stayed in a superior double room with sea view (2 adults, 2 kids and a dog) the room was spacious and comfortable

kids loved all the doggy visitors and super easy to get to the beach on the quirky victorian tram

nice pool that was not crowded and quite long period of time when kids swimming was allowed

great that they do kids pool sessions but by god the main pool was like a ice bath thankfully there was at

that kids couldn't use the pool anytime

my whole group was respectful and courteous however we were treated as if we were a group of kids that had

with grandkids because of pool arrived with a4year old and a9year after4 hours trip kids very exited told

thing not the hotels fault kids running around in the room above till late on and first thing in the morning

t a very spa-like experience as there were a lot of children in the pool, they were just being kids but it

limited hours for the kids pool on the monday, especially considering it's the school holidays and there was no

separate splash pool for kids would have been great for adults who wanted to relax round the pool

during checking in there was hardly any space left and the spaces that available were during the kids sessions
