facilities were being cleaned at the time of our visit (swimming pool)
was closed but managed to get a meal on terrace by the pool in the middle of someone's wedding

the on-site cafe/restaurant is superb both for breakfast and other meals
not only did it provide the comfortable room and good breakfast that i wanted, but zafra old town was beautiful

very tidy, heated up to the right temperature, breakfast is varied and tasty
no real complaints. wifi initially did not work but staff remedied it.

the pool was a vacation all on its own. there is a shallow pool for the smaller kids too!
beds comfy. kids loved the pool. staff very nice.
carpet in the hall is dirty, no shampoo and bath gel, kids were playing football next to the swimming
obviously never done and wont be done if you reading this in 2020 i'm not even mentioning the kids screaming

the breakfast arrangements took a bit of understanding as we thought it was a buffet breakfast
tricky wifi and had to email with my own phone my own reservation even though showed booking on booking
breakfast was according to my expectations with a reasonable variety of fruits
bar restaurant was very noisy with lots of children yelling and shouting to the extent we could not

ordered room service, (processed by a hotel chain centralised service), it was unclear how to pay on
great location to bars and restaurants and for the price would highly recommend to anyone and the spa bath in

room was large with an exceptionally large bed & the spa tub was exactly what was needed after a long drive

the staff is super friendly, it also has a cool casino on the ground level and a cool bar where you can drink
the 3 restaurants they gave us were nowhere to be found, i think they should be removed as pet
the casino is a fun thing to do and makes the atmosphere of the hotel interesting
