area was over run with kids during the evening
day in the two pools, from between 5-6 until around 10:30pm there was too many kids to count and we could hear

lots of families w kids as well as adult couples, which was a comfortable atmosphere

main downside for us was the lack of activities for kids

good location, beautiful pool but crowded with kids. beach club was great.
it was a great place to stay, the pool is always clean and is safe for the kids
i wouldn't say this was a relaxing place to stay (lots of families with young kids and karaoke or other events
steep beach and waves make it hard for older folk and kids to get in and out
the tv was only in spanish which was a bit hard with the kids

the beach at 5 minutes so it was easy anda very good beach for kids
the wifi can be really slow
also, the hotel has a washer and dryer that you can use to do your laundry, which was a huge help to us
the breakfast buffet was extensive, with wonderful fresh fruit and an omelette bar

noisy. kids running around in the night. noisy pool area - not good for swimming

i would definitely come back, this time with my kids

i know they want to encourage you to use the restaurants, but we have kids, so being able to keep a few things
of our rooms did not get the tv fixed (kids were complaining) until the second day after several requests and
need more activities for kids
we were there we were interrupted by a kids birthday party and a tupperware convention

pools aren t heated small and too close to the kids pool
the water over flow issue the hotel in general was a great experience lots of activities for the kids and adults
since this was the first time taking our twin boys to a resort, the kids pool was amazing, they loved it
