swimming pool close at 10 pm my kids was disappointed other hotels leave it open all night
the kids took monopoly game to the lobby and played so i could sleep
pool area was extremely small my kids never got to swim due to the amount of people in the pool it was not safe
was great kids enjoyed it

our room had no ac, but i was there by myself with two kids so i didn t fell comfortably complaining
only downside was there were a group of kids that had stayed, they were loud in the room, running down the hall
on the wall up so we took the old one off and put the new one on ourselfs the pool burned my kids eyes so bad
all the kids running and hollering around in the eating and lobby area while trying to eat.
my kids couldn t stand the smell and choose not to eat breakfast because of it

there was an adult anime conference going on and we were traveling with kids.
bed was very inviting and comfortable,the omelets were good all food was great kids loved it

man that was working one night out of the 3 nights we were there we chilled in the lobby while kids played in
first morning there, there was a bunch of kids being loud, then at 6am there was banging on the doors like they
they gave me breakfast coupons for two adults but none for the kids

from a twenty year customer service background, i have to say the young kids working there either do not care
the kids on the 3rd floor were a little to loud every night almost until early morning
having a kitchen with kids made this a super deal
the room was very big and the staff was great. also kids loved the pool.

wasn't cleaned well i used the booking app and stated 2 adults and 2 kids in each room but they didn't have it

the river with a play area was nice along with picnic tables very helpful, kids enjoyed

than the strong smell (we got the pet room, as we did had pets) the room was very clean and spacious

fortunately this wasn't a major deal because we went to our kids' house early and ate there
was a dog barking most of the stay and people/kids running the halls
this property is also only about seven minutes from our kids/grandchild
the pool and jacuzzi were very relaxing and refreshing, the kids had a great time
