there was such great attention to needs of our family of 4 (two kids of 8 and 2) that it felt like home away
the open premises, also we woke up very early because of the time difference, so all the noise kids will make,
for example one woman arranged to have my laundry done, printed out my bus tickets and called me a jeep to help
shower door had a gap that caused a puddle on the floor only given 1 bar of soap for the stay, for both shower

kids running in the interior courtyard very early in the morning, as early as 6:30am, people are on
bed & pillows, cleanliness, breakfast & location all 100%
great staff, food was great, very calm location. very efficient for laundry
they left us leave our car in their parking after check-out for almost 3 days

tip: communal areas in the main building can get busy (especially if there are kids around), so if calm and
with altitude sickness and just wanted some plain food, but they were happy to let me eat off the kids menu, so
with 2 young kids, we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay
