swimming pool was too small like for kids, the breakfast did not have diversity, the tv in the room did not have

we have kids they should of understood we had car problems and said it wasn t their problem we were
they woke my 2 kids up

with their internet unfortunately and tv could have more channels to offer especially with kids
visit almost every year, kids love the hotel especially with the spa lol for us there's no need to look anywhere
also my kids loved the jacuzzi tub
the fireplace frame was all broken

the pool was cold ud83eudd76 kids enjoyed it adults not so much
breakfast, just pre-packaged muffins the water from the swimming pool was too cold for our kids to swim in
we have stayed at this hotel with our kids as well as just my partner several times - cross country skiing in
its small, and perfect for kids

unsupervised kids wilding and the parents who didn't seem to have a grip on the situation
we loved it. we spend all the time in hotel, pool, restaurant. my kids 2& 4 enjoyed a lot.
scenery and winter activities for the kids (sledding, skating, roasting marshmallows by the outdoor fire pit
the ladies at the pub were amazing making fun drinks for the kids and providing exceptional service
there seemed to be ample room around the room outside for kids to play as well

lots and lots of families/kids at breakfast .but they all seemed to enjoy their stay.
i understand there was a hockey team there, so kids running on all floors
my young kids were disappointed to be away from their grandparents who were visiting us from abroad
i had a hard time connecting to wifi and the front desk was not helpful at all

didn't know that the hotel was booked by parents with kids attending some sort of hockey tournament
we stayed for 2 nights with our 3 kids and it was a pleasure
only one elevator was working at times and very small so had to cram inside with the kids and other people just
-loved the facilities (pool, bar with live music, spesa shop, comfy bed room and
extra charge for wifi, sound proof is not great.

elevator very slow, too many kids at the pool, good thing we did not have much time for a swim.
nonetheless, the kids enjoyed the pool quite a bit
drunk people partying all night next door, about thirty kids playing hockey in the hallway late at night
the noise that woke me up every morning . very disrespectful on the kids part and the parents
all in all it was a nice place to stay with kids

i booked 1 super queen room with 2 double bed and 1 sofabed which was perfect for my family with kids but upon
that can be open and go straight to our car are very good and convenient especially if you have kids
my kids (older) as well as i found the beds to be very comfortable
ac did not work and it was really uncomfortable as the kids could not sleep at all and got allergies due to the
pet friendly, bed and breakfast

maybe they can look into breakfast menu which is suitable for all ages. not much option for kids
spacious room, my kids enjoyed it a lot, breakfast was really amazing, lot of options
the room sizes especially with the little kids i had it was just perfect. felt like home.

it was noisy at night. friday we could hear bar music past midnight so hard to get to sleep.
the rooftop bar is exceptional never had a hotel like that
unfortunately, our room was located on the 9th floor directly beneath the rooftop bar
wifi didn't work, even after signing in
