location brilliant free access to walk park if you have kids with you short walk away
kids were not allowed to use swimming pool, therefore was supposed to be able to use aqua splash,
there should be a dedicated time slot that allows children to use the pool facilities
the food was exceptional and the atmosphere in the zephyr bar was always great fun

made extra allowance for request for a bath for the kids and a mini fridge for baby food
the accommodation was comfortable, the room service was very good, your pleasant personnel were more than
the food was also first class whether it was breakfast, dinner in the restaurant or room service

that hotel should have a kids menu in the restaurant as they cater for them with the rooms etc
the food for kids wasn t great not a lot off options for young kids

all the staff were great with kids too
groups of kids staying for a sports trip who unfortunately well not behaved and the adults they were with

our kids room was over a noisy ramp which made a noise every time someone went out to the pool or
we arrived late in the evening and they went out of their way to arrange a kids meal for us to the room

were on a long weekend (2 adults, 2 young kids) from a neighbouring island
pool had a little too much chlorine in to swim for too long hit the kids loved it (despite the red
creaky floorboards in the hotel room which made it difficult once the kids were asleep to move around the

so if you want a quiet time make sure reception don t put you near a family room with screaming kids up until

was out-of-order and only mentioned once we arrived which was a big dissappiont for our kids
breakfast during the room booking so ended up being quite expensive and no rate reduction for kids
kids slept on the sofa bed which they said wasn t that comfy
we had two kids under 5 who were loud and restless yet the staff were professional and kind
