we were traveling with teens and tweens, they were incredibly understanding and accepting of the kids
the gorgeous little town is lovely too parking is easy staff are lovely, we had washing laundered and returned
the renovated castle with its long history. the friendly staff and the delicious breakfast.

parking right outside the hotel
parking is easy
only downside was that there was no bar which would have been nice in the evening so that we could have sat and
owners were fabulous and nothing was too much trouble. easy parking too.

we were the only guests bar two, and it was extremely cold downstairs - too cold to stay there at all, though
they have an old style chimenea, it s quite a satisfied experience to have breakfast with it

everything, room brilliant, staff went out of their way to help, good parking
it has a restaurant and cafe bar plus a souvenirs shop to cater for passing tourists wishing to buy
hotel was easy to find but parking on waste ground behind property with access via steps at rear was not ideal
breakfast was very poor, only a tostada, coffee and juice offered and only in bar area, not restaurant
the bar & restaurant service can't charge to your room best to pay as you go.

much noise, kids running in the hallway, dogs barking next door, walls between rooms might as well not even
even though parking was good a bit limited near the entrance with our mobility problems,other parking was

we were on the road and didn't have access to wifi all the time, so it made it difficult to do anything but

the hotel has a fine restaurant and bar attached to it. it has a central location.

i was with small kids and a stroller, so this was the only priority
hotel is listed as pet friendly but at the moment you have booked and payed they tell you can't leave your dog
bar the noise and the bathroom, it was a good experience
additionally, the wifi was lousy

the fusion menu was not really to our taste and, understandably, the bar was shut on sundays
the staff, the bar at the hotel played good music, the location is perfect.

have been more helpful, we had to stay for 2 extra nights the staff were most helpful including room service
the laundry service was delivering very late.
my laundry went missing. some staff at reception had no knowledge of the english language

the (secure) wifi was excellent and all tv channels could be watched in original language which often 5* hotels
wifi could have been better.
issues: first, wifi was a bit weak in our room
not very close to the city center. no mini bar fridge. wifi didn't work very close.
