when i made the reservation, i had no extra nrequests i read the hotel policy on booking that kids are wellcome
both my kids, 20y and 18y, say that the baths were their favourite experience of the whole 25 day holiday
the wifi didn't work very well in our room, but otherwise everything was perfect.
however, the room service did tend to learn and adapt to our requirements
