i only stayed bc i had my kids
we showed them are booking they talked to booking and still no room 2 hours later with 3 little kids we paid in
pool is a bit of a bummer
pet friendly and nice bedding

couldn't even shower here, had to go to my parents the morning of thanksgiving with all 4 kids to get ready
hot water or water pressure when taking a shower, only luke warm, and no stopper for baths for my kids
decided to cut the drive in half to get the kids out of the car
informed front desk and she said she told staff but the dirty laundry was still on the floor wen i came bck
breakfast needs work, coffee was week and the stale sausage pancakes were hard

they provided everything we need as far as extra sheets and pillows for the sofa bed for the kids
water in 2 different rooms, refrigerator never got cold, too many screaming kids in the bar area at night, room
kids liked the snack bar and the breakfast menu
my kids swam in the indoor pool and somewhat like it although they said it was cloudy
nice and clean! they also have a very unique bar you can view the sky from sitting in the inside

the kids really enjoyed the pool table and the big screen television, and the fitness room

the indoor pool was nice for the kids

my kids liked the breakfast
a bit loud at night due to kids running up and down hallways, but that's really not the hotels fault
front desk staff called the police to have my kids and i removed and banned us
they were loud and we were trying to get our kids to sleep
they had a large group of kids-like football camp, maybe- and parents all hanging out in the lobby area downstairs

front desk lady told kids pool closes at sundown
loved the large room. have 4 kids from 5 to 15 and they had room to not get in each other's way.
also, in our room ants came in bothering my kids
there was a large group of kids staying and they were aloud to run through the facility and up and down the

the room suite was large enough to accommodate 5 adults and 2 kids

we had a room full of kids and we asked for the room to be cleaned while we were out saturday and for new towels
but i did get the best sleep i've had in a long timeud83dude0c and so did my kids
booked a king bed with pull-out sofa, which booking said was ok for 2 adults + 2 kids, but it was a single-bed
people with kids trying to keep snacks and drinks cold will be disappointed

pool was shut down and i would not have booked the hotel having 3 kids with me if i knew that prior

beds are to hard. pool had everyday fresh and old cigarette butts no one picked up.

young, very loud and apparently the adults in charge of the youth, didn't seem to notice their kids running,
needed towels+ 25 college kids in rooms
was very clean; and the kids enjoyed the free complimentary breakfast which was delicious

the traffic and seemed to be a large population of kids bouncing around the hotel at all hours
especially on our first day we went to the pool and in spite of it saying no diving the kids flipped and dived
but once again u bad kids from basketball teams there it coulda just been that
with four kids, breakfast is a major factor in both determining our choice in hotels and the quality of the
breakfast needs some work
