i was offered an alternative room, but changing with kids (bags already open, at 10pm was a bad option

they lost our booking, made us fill out covid paperwork and the bar sucked
room s back door directly opening to beautiful gardens, nice poolside area, lovely room and building, comfy

hotel met all our expectations - it is clean, has good breakfast and good wifi, and is comfortable (we preferred
breakfast was nearly the same thing everyday but there was at least plenty of options to try and
we used the shuttle service a lot to help us get around and it was so much fun
