sofa bed wasn t made up for the kids even though we had booked as 2 adults and 2 children
duvets and pillows for sofa bed and better still microwave and fridge for families with young kids
bed and the sofa bed really really firm, had a few restless moments at night and so did the kids
was just ok, and the woman was super-friendly and great with the kids, but if you've stayed in 'other places
good size tv on the wall but wifi was a little bit temperamental but was fixed on the or ing we left

there was a variety of rubbish under the beds (spotted by my kids - socks, bottles, tissues, a ball, dust clumps
the place was so friendly and comfortable the kids wanted to go back and stay on the way home
staff, good food, spacious family room and so nice to have actual single beds for the kids rather than a pull
room was facing the smoke shelter and 4am still people talking and smoking outside , there was kids running up

breakfast was excellent, literally everything you could want from a continental, the kids really enjoyed it as
cleanliness, nice staff, we had 2 con-joining rooms with kids. which was perfect

we arrived there were a selection treats left in the room with a little note which the kids loved

constant noise outside and kids all over hotel but really annoyed at being charged twice and staff have not

kids love the family pool time, small rows of seats behind the big screen were perfect for the
bit disappointed with the sofa bed for comfort & only a thin single thin duvet for kids too share

2 biscuits with hot drinks each day so had to use the towels wet and go biscuitless as the kids got them
than make do folding beds for kids till we got an appropriate room rest was perfect and location to leeds and
everything was good. room 2 was a bit noisy possibly from laundry next door.

and a single partner broke his leg so asked for the double to be changed to a twin so my adult kids could go

quebecs, and have stayed here many times over the years for a quiet night of luxury away from the kids
the 10 i did get a massive room which was really nice, they did say there might be noise from kids etc, but
at quebecs many times, one of our favourite places for a little night away without the kids

all furniture was covered in coloured lines, like kids drew all over it, and nobody had ever taken care of it
let kids stay who dont know how to behave so every guest ended up outside at 4am as someone smoking in
hotel's fault, but awoken at 5am by a noisy family above us - kids running around and literally shaking the
staff were very friendly, our kids were happy and the value for money was very good, i thought

was the extra sofa bed felt bad for the kids because it was not very comfortable and the beddings in both beds
