we were in town for the holidays and visiting with our kids
instead of cleaned then proceed to offer me a single king bed room for five people and the kids could sleep on
horrible, we just grapbbed yogurt for our kids
very clean, friendly staff,cozy room. breakfast room was super beautiful and inviting.
it's clean, the breakfast is good and the staff was welcoming

the kids loved the pool
friendly with a pool for little kids and a water slide for big kids
pools were great for all age of kids, breakfast was even better!

the fact that they had a kids pool in doors was great. my 2, 3, and 4 year old loved the slides.
the hotel was not quite full and the kids had the pool to themselves the first day

we loved the room very clean and organized and my kids had fun and we enjoyed ourselves.

we had access to the outside pool, 2 other indoor pools, kids water park, jacuzzi, passes to the noah's arc
needs a pool monitor upstairs as some kids were rough.

is above and beyond room service and breakfast everything my kids liked we are really appreciate for the warm
kids decided to play knock and dash, no towels stocked pool area, my room was set 63 when we
have done without all the kids running up and down the stairs and knocking on our door and running off
my kids enjoyed our stay plus the rooms are big for family with
having kids with us, it was hard to get them up after a day of fun

the last time i stayed there kids running the halls all night kept me awake
were up till 3:10 with screaming kids running up and down the hallway
i like spas and there was no spa but the pool was still nice.
the pool was very small
we thought the pool area would be bigger & have a hot tub.

don't no why people give 1 star. it was a perfect place for my 3 kids.
the water park for the kids..
it s a large property so be prepared with little kids to walk far to activities, etc.
room was awesome for our family of 5 with bunk beds-the kids loved them

was great, my little one was happy with the splash pad area ( water could be warmer as little kids didn't play
to have some hot drinks while the kids were in the pool that evening and coffee and hot water were cold
we are able to actually get our kids to relax and turn off the crazy
my kids loved that the pool was open late and warm!!
only downer is that there were lots of kids

the beds were a little firm for my taste, but my kids both slept well on them
the lady that came back and called the room phone at 11pm when the kids were sleeping and woke them up so i
no coffee, no housekeeping and the price went up. if you had kids the pool was dry.
there's also supposed to be a pool on premises, but did not bother to check it out either
couldn t get the wifi password as i had no service
