parking was a bit difficult with kids and unloading

take that into consideration if staying with kids

three things: the pool was great for the kids, the bed was comfortable, and the only staff member who was kind

the rooms weren't quiet, i could here other people and kids running

it has nothing for kids, and some rules, like not being allowed to wash floating devices in the pool area, are

kid friendly, needs something for kids to do beyond the pool

not that it was hidden,but the resort fee really only included the pool and fitness center

got room service of two salads and they came with no utensils and there was no way to get ahold of

restaurant was right downstairs from our room. great food and convenient with 2 kids.

the staff was extremely courteous, and even got to know my kids names by the end of the stay

we had our kids there as well

was available for three hours so i could eat at 6am when i wake and the kids could eat at 8am when they woke

only three chairs at pool. not enough when you have a load of kids at pool .

kids running around the hotel after 10pm. there is no vent fans in the bathroom.

the beds were comfortable and the continental breakfast was good

the rooms were updated, pool on site was clean and refreshing

upon arrival in our room on the second floor, there must ve been kids above us because we could hear them

slaming doors, kids running and jumping above us

all over bathroom shower mold didn t like how hotel rents out for party s way to much noise kids running

people- screeching kids sounded like they were kicking the walls, small kids left unsupervised right next door

my kids and i enjoyed the cookies and i enjoyed the coffee and awesome breakfast

the pool area very nice (better than the website pics) and has some water toys available for kids

the beds were comfortable, the entire hotel was very clean, and my kids enjoyed the heated pool

we had 2 adults and 4 kids and we all fit very nice in the suite
