wifi did not work well, which was the case everywhere we stayed in puerto rico; so not unique to
he went above and beyond from local excursion recommendations to laundry and finding a coffeemaker, he is legit
they even allowed me to use their laundry facilities free of charge
needs ac in lobby, laundry room and elevator. also needs better parking accommodations
the staff are very nice and helpful and they did not charge me anything extra for my pet

i was close to the freeway it with things for the kids to do around the area.
the pool schedule said it was until 6:00 pm and it was 10:00 pm and there were still kids screaming and playing
nice pool but small, more for kids
second note, the breakfast restaurant was furnished with bar high chairs it's not kids or senior friendly to
the pool was a bit cold and no jacuzzi but it was great.

in addition, a lot of kids and juveniles running/playing around the facility without supervision
activities for the kids.

a few palm trees and garden will help , a place for kids to play will be a must
bowling, shopping, movies and kids playground
kids pool was warm!
be included with the price you are charging or at least 2 breakfast doest have to be buffet and kids free / if
room was clean and comfortable, staff was very friendly and helpful. kids loves the pool.
