spanish kids (12 of them) playing football outside our room (627) on the
work at all, pool was dirty and had no life guard or staff near (there was always at least 10 kids in it), shower
definitely recommend this place for holiday a lot entertainment for kids and also to adults, lovely and fresh
all inclusive, indoor pool and kids pool area on roof.
too many people crammed into a kids pool isn't acceptable

location too many kids hate back rooms after i paid 709 euro for four nights i expected a balcony at
thing was the pool was closed for the season and we didnt realise that before the trip but it wasnt a big

top pool sun trap, brilliant for the money, would definitely stay again :) went with partner no kids this time
it was nere the sea and bar and shop
pool area a little small no kettle in room
the only problem was the laundry room on the roof of the hotel there were a few washing machines going constantly
wifi was only available in the lobby, the ac was not functioning so the room was very warm at night

an early check in and upto 2 hour late check out for 10 euros per hour
location with amazing views from sea view room, friendly staff, early check in & arranged late check out
excellent location, and the details for pets were really nice. breakfast was good.
(refuel & gusto) staff were friendly, they were able to accommodate an early check in, i just made sure i asked

but when we arrived we re told the kids couldn t use it so they didn t get to swim the whole holiday and
you either have to be sitting by the kids pool which is a cement block with a playground in it (not a walk-in
look 100 percent better in pictures good photography to many kids roast beef what was it .
the spa no music or scented candles or cold drinks to relax with.

from what i could see from the digital notice board they had lots on for families and the kids
doesn t speak english; laundry extremely expensive; some staff polite, some staff very rude; bathrooms outdated
was fine - bed, shower, location - apart from the appalling and at times non-existent wifi
bar very reasonably priced for drinks
very clean, helpful staff. bar prices and food are really competitively priced.

the lift is ridiculously small specially if you have luggage or kids , the pool could be a lot nicer and the
