there was no breakfast for the kids and no one told us that there was no cleaning of the rooms
no mini-fridge or microwave in room, extremely necessary when traveling with kids!

firestone are allowed to have screaming migraine inducing kids in the pool area for hours while parents on the
playground or something for kids besides the pool
you cloud smell in the hallways was weed and i had 3 kids walking them i also told the front desk multiple
wish the pool was open later for kids

was other guest that cause a lot of noise not staying in their rooms and kids running up and down the halls for
the kids enjoyed the pool as well
the pool had kids running and jumping in going from the pool to the hot tub visa versa

the room was dirty, didn't look like it had been swept or mopped, my kids feet were black as well as my socks
there was no breakfast, only coffee in the lobby, the room was disgusting, my kids feet were black within 10
they allow pets which was a necessity
didn't like that the staff didn't want to clean the room or do the laundry because of the time frame that we
made our reservation on booking 2 days before our scheduled arrival and paid for a queen smoking room with 2

kids love the pool and they let me check out
i didn't have time to use the pool, unfortunately
pool water was chilly. pool floor was very slippery.
the staff (probably the manager) working in the kitchen/breakfast area is not friendly

other guests that were at the pool opened a door to smoke.kinda tacky to not watch the kids
the only downfall was hearing footsteps and other kids running around, but we were in town for a dance competition
did not consider if you have kids they need room to play and wind down

pool was filthy, couldn't let my kids go swimming as there was gum and hair in the pool, the breakfast food was
safe, and simple accommodation that checked all the boxes on our return trip home with the kids

original order got messed up when i added on a day and my 2 teen kids and i had to sleep in a king bed rather

was my favorite mall between southern favorite mall between southern southern park mall me and my kids also love
were thrown out after 5 hours because they said the kids were being too loud in which kids are gonna be kids

i think they should extend the kids hours if there are no adults waiting
we waited for the kids to leave and had 35 minutes to ourselves, adults only

reserved the room for me and my 4 kids and when i went to take a shower i noticed that they only had one washcloth

i also explained there were 4 kids traveling and only 2 adults were guaranteed to travel but could be 3
