our kids were extremely disappointed and upset

pool was closed. mildew in bathroom.

was good but we were given a pet room which smelled like pet pee even though we didn t have any pets

no working wifi. house keeping didn't clean the room or replace the dirty towels.

did not like the fact that there is no handicapped parking

everyone was friendly & the kids loved the pool

rooms smelt awful, swimming area was absolutely horrible we found a rusted razor blade were my kids were about

rooms were clean, but carpet was filthy

the bagged breakfast to go was a little debbie brand honey bun, a peanut butter granola bar (food allergies

there was no pool for the kids. we were there for a funeral and they wanted to go swimming.

kids in room next to us kept us up late into evening

needless to say, i had two very cranky kids at 5 am

extremely friendly staff. exceptionally clean. nice pool for the kids.

we we woke up around 7am because there were kids on hallway riding hover boards
