our kids were extremely disappointed and upset

pool was closed. mildew in bathroom.

was good but we were given a pet room which smelled like pet pee even though we didn t have any pets

no working wifi. house keeping didn't clean the room or replace the dirty towels.

did not like the fact that there is no handicapped parking

was a noise issue with a particular group of badly behaved kids and parents in rooms near ours who were in town
